At Marrow Road, we’re committed to providing the highest quality meats delivered straight to your door. We take great care in sourcing, packing, and shipping every order to ensure your products arrive fresh and in excellent condition.

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.


1. Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

2. Shipping & Delivery Issues

We carefully pack all orders with insulated materials and ice packs (or dry ice) to maintain freshness during transit. However:

  • We are not responsible for delays or spoilage caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Once your order is marked delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to promptly refrigerate or freezeall items.

If your order is delayed due to a carrier issue or extreme weather, please contact us — we’ll review each case individually to determine the best solution.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


4. Refund Processing

If a refund or credit is approved, we’ll process it within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Store credits are typically available immediately for use on a future purchase.
